Introduction:

Basic concepts of wave optics, nonlinear optics, and fiber optics. This course focuses on coherent optics and its applications.

It is recommended to finish university level courses of "General Physics", "Applied or Engineering Mathematics", and “Electromagnetics." However, it is not required for strongly self-motivated one since all the basis for this book can be easily found online sources such as Wikipedia.
